Cooperative learning also strengthens students social interactions, it gives them the desire to achieve, to develop more positive interpersonal relationships, and have greater psychological health than competitive or individualistic learning efforts (Johnson, Johnson, Holubec, 1994 as cited in Morgan, 2003,). Cooperative learning can teach students that knowledge can be, or should be, shared with fellow students that differences in sagaciousness can be rationally negotiated even under conditions of test pressures and that cooperative learning procedures can be enjoyable and productive (Zimbardo et al., 2003, ).
